The BMC mid-controller for small base has been renewed.
The BMC2 has a new gain boost switch that can get +10dB gain up at the input stage.
The volume control is also added and the 0 to the center click position acts as a normal volume, and the maximum output gain boost of +6 dB from center click to 10.
Not only can it be used as a mid-range boost cut, but it can also be used as a clean booster or as a preamp with a wide range of adjustments.
In addition, the BMC2 can produce 18V using the built-in DC-DC converter.
Internal dip switch allows you to select 9V or 18V drive.
You can set the operating voltage by 9VDC or 18VDC Compared to 9VDC, 18VDC has less distortion and a wide range tone is obtained, but please note that the battery will drain faster. Factory set to 9VDC
Can be used with 9VDC battery or 9VDC adapter.
Use only a stabilized center negative 9VDC adapter. Please do not use an adapter other than 9 VDC as it may damage it.
Immediately after powering on or switching between 9 VDC to 18 VDC, the foot switch will turn on/off or change the mode by the gain boost switch, but this is not a malfunction. The foot switch turns on and off several times to keep the operating voltage stable and reduce pop.
In order to avoid excessive load on the electronic components inside the pedal, the bass guitar connected to the BMC2, and the effect pedals, please make sure the effect is turned off when switching between 9 VDC and 18 VDC with the dip switch installed inside the pedal.
